Alert 1/24/03
If you are experiencing this problem you can change the maximum arc to a smaller value. We have found that this frequently solves the problem. Any arc moves larger than the maximum arc will be output as linear moves so be careful. (G2 or G3 will become G1.)
The minimum arc controls the radius and segment length of the arc so adjusting it to a higher number may also solve the problem.

If you wish to only use linear moves you can set this in the postprocessor. This is in M-build under CNC INFO general and set circular interpolation to not supported.
